The complimentary breakfast was a gem with homemade organic treats, and the nearby Casa Reyna is unbeatable for breakfast. The location is prime, just steps from bustling avenues, and the hotel feels cozy with ample USB ports for charging those foodie pics!
Front desk staff might as well be robots—they seem like they’d lose a pay cut for cracking a smile!

this hotel is a complete overload of disappointment. the noise from the boulevard is impossible, and the balcony is utterly useless without furniture. to top it off, I expected to be compensated for my dreadful stay, but the staff just shrugged it off. almost gave a good review, but definitely not after that experience. just sad, really.

I had a solid stay at Ikonik Hotel. My room was spacious with amazing views of the volcano. Check-in was a bit slow, but the restaurant staff made up for it with their friendliness! Watch out for cleanliness details though.

ikonik hotel offers spacious rooms with plenty of outlets and a fantastic view of popping volcano from the balcony. everything was super clean and comfortable. the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! the location is perfect, right near a shopping center with great restaurants.

stayed at ikonik hotel for 2 nights in a deluxe double room with balcony. the room size was great, and the many outlets were super handy. the view of the erupting popo volcano from my balcony was breathtaking! plus, the fitness center was a nice bonus for working out.
the only downside was the check-in process could be a bit smoother.
